Sainsbury's Bank no longer offers or manages credit cards. Certain accounts transferred to NatWest on 1 May 2025 and moved to NatWest systems on 3 October 2025. If your account transferred, contact NatWest for support. Accounts that did not transfer have been closed; use Sainsbury's official account-support page for enquiries, complaints or claims for any remaining credit balance.
